In late 2014 Weinbergers advised a private investment company on the acquisition of a unique 2 acre site with a retail shed, designated for residential development in Battersea, SW11.

Approval for a new residential development with a well known arts academy as the ground floor tenant was achieved in late 2015.

The business plan is to fully develop the site in a partnership together with a house builder once planning permission is obtained.
